I teach Stott Pilates mat and reformer, Fatburn Extreme, and my signature Sculpt class. I am also a nutrition coach.
The Stott Pilates method is a highly respected Pilates repertoire.
Fatburn Extreme is a 20 minute, scientifically proven, HIIT work out.
My signature Sculpt class is a medium tempo of slower and more controlled body weight moves. I usually recommend a blend of these depending on your goals.
