Full body resistance class designed to sculpt lean muscle using bands and ankle weights. Lean into that burn because you’re going to get addicted to this one. There are options for beginner and advanced levels in this class, prepare to sweat.
Sculpt Fit is in the introduction level, Sculpt Fierce is slightly more intense with no bands, increased flow, and a freestyle transition between each set to free the mind.
Trainers are optional for this class, personally I prefer to do this class in socks or bare feet. Bring a water bottle and a towel.
